HybridFit is a style of training that combines Yoga, Pilates & Cardio Ballet. Through these methodologies, the focus is to lengthen and tone using one’s body weight plus accessories such as bands, blocks, balls, foam rollers and light weights. This workout is low impact on the joints and works on stability, flexibility, posture and core strength.
There is an emphasis on various breathing techniques to connect breathe with movement. The goal is to feel open, fluid and energized by the end of each session.
