HybridFit Method- This class is a combination of Yoga, Pilates & Cardio Ballet. A fluid transition of various stretches, traditional yoga poses and Pilates mat techniques, ending with low impact cardio movements.
Reset & Unwind- This is an introductory class to Yoga. Learn to stretch and sync your breath with slow movements. No experience necessary.
Virtual Training- This is a wonderful way for clients to train easily and consistently no matter where they live or if they travel often.

*Modifications are made based on experience and fitness levels. Clients provide their own yoga mat (highly recommend Manduka brand ), a beach towel or yoga blanket and water.
