HYBRIDFIT METHOD- This class is a combination of Yoga, Pilates & Cardio Ballet. A fluid transition of various stretches, traditional yoga poses and Pilates mat techniques, ending with low impact cardio movements.
RESET & UNWIND- This is an introductory class to Yoga. Learn to stretch and sync your breath with slow movements. No experience necessary.
ELEVATE- a 30 minute cardio session tailored for one to two people. This PRIVATE session will include a few minutes of opening stretches to warm up and wind down, while the majority of time focuses on a variety of low impact, yet effective movements. We will optimize lymphatic drainage, increase core stability and endurance with the use of the rebounder, Bosu Ball and various weights. Please contact me directly to set up schedule.
$65 for a single person, $50 per person for duet session.
VIRTUAL TRAINING- This is a wonderful way for clients to train easily and consistently no matter where they live or if they travel often.
